We offer 24/7 remote monitoring of your wind farms and electrical substations. This service includes monitoring, controlling and communicating with the grid operator.

Our on-site technicians will ensure that your wind turbines run smoothly by working according to the maintenance specifications of the original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). We use state-of-the-art predictive maintenance techniques to minimise disruptions and production downtime. 

In the event of unscheduled maintenance, our technical staff ensure a high-quality service and a fast response time. This covers any type of disruption that requires our deployment and includes labour, component delivery and/or replacement, costs and any tools required. 

Our centralised procurement team manages the replacement and repair of key components such as gearboxes, generators, transformers and rotor blades.

We offer comprehensive services for a wide range of rotor blades, including inspection, maintenance and repair with Sky Climber, platform or ropes. These services include the inspection and repair of the leading and trailing edges, the lightning protection system, the rotor's adhesive joints, sealing cracks and structural damage. The inspections are also carried out using a special drone that scans the rotor blades, looks for damage and analyses the data automatically.

Depending on the condition of the wind turbines (age, type, location), we guarantee their availability – with a monthly and annual evaluation of technical and/or energy availability and production data.

We help to identify and procure the necessary spare parts, consumables and maintenance packages. For older turbines, we develop favourable spare parts solutions based on used and refurbished parts.

We apply the highest safety and quality standards for our customers and have several certifications on international markets. Our services include the calibration of hydraulic and electrical screwdriving technology, ladders and climbing aids, rescue equipment and service lifts as well as the testing of personal protective equipment.
